How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 for orders up to $200.00. If you spend more than $200.00 at one time, shipping is FREE. Your Fleur L'enfant designs will be specially gift wrapped and mailed Priority mail. Insurance can be requested and is additional.
Need your item quickly, email us and we would be happy to arrange for overnight express mail for an added charge.
What is your Privacy Policy? TOP
Your privacy is very important to us at Fleur L’enfant. All personal information is confidential and will never be shared with any third parties. What forms of Payment do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to take advantage of this. We also accept money orders. At this time we are not accepting personal checks. Do you accept Returns? TOP
I gurantee you will love your Fleur L'enfant design. If you are not completely satisfied and return it within 24 hours for a store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping via USPS Priority mail with Insurance. Item must be in original condition, tags attached. Do you take Custom Orders? TOP
We love custom orders but have limited time available to do them. From time to time when our schedule frees up we will take custom orders. Please be sure to join our mailing list to be notified by email. What sizes do you typically offer? TOP
Fleur L'enfant is pleased to offer children's sizes 6 months to 8 years. If you are interested in a larger size, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Do you have a Mailing List? TOP
Yes we do and would love to add you to it. Be the first to find out about sales, specials, giveaways and newly listed designs.
Go to the Mailing list tab to the left of the home page and email us your request and email address. We will gladly add you. Email us anytime if you decide to remove yourself from the list.
The mailing list is very low volume so no need to worry about receive several emails monthly.

We love working with Debbie from Kanoodleskids. If there is something you see that you are interested in, please let us know. How long should I expect my custom order to take? TOP
Under normal conditions, a custom order can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. If we get an overwhelming amount of orders, we will let you know how long the wait will be at the time your order is places. Orders are filled in the order they are received. Do you offer drop shipment? TOP
