Information on Website Reopening with Guest Designers May 9th TOP
We thought of putting this page together to provide some helpful information when ordering during our opening week, May 9th. Some items are readymade but most items will take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will notify when your item is ready to ship.
Any questions will be answered as quicky as possible.
**tips on ordering: please choose size you would like and when you check-out, add any additional information you have such as:
pants: inseam, waist
dresses: drop measuring from shoulders-knee
tops: chest
skirts: waist
This will ensure the quickest possible processing of your order.
We are pleased to have two guest designers listing their select designs as well; KanoodlesKids and PrincessPicasso. They offer beautiful designs that are perfect in every way.
There items will be listed here with a link to where you can purchase them directly on their websites.

Andrea & design team How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders. Your Fleur L'enfant designs will be specially wrapped and mailed Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance can be requested and is additional.
Shipping to Canada and Australia is $12.00. For additional shipping rates, please contact us.
Need your item quickly, email us and we would be happy to arrange for overnight express mail for an added charge.
What is your Privacy Policy? TOP
Your privacy is very important to us at Fleur L’enfant. All personal information is confidential and will never be shared with any third parties. What forms of Payment do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to take advantage of this. Do you accept Returns? TOP
Yes, I guarantee you will love your Fleur L'enfant design. If you are not completely satisfied or the item does not fit properly, please return it within 3 days for an exchange or store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping via USPS Priority mail and delivery confirmation. Item must be in original condition, tags attached. We do not refund on sale items ~ those are final sale.
Be sure to contact us right away through the website to process the return within the 3 day timeline.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Do you take Custom Orders? TOP We love custom orders but have limited time available to do them. From time to time when our schedule frees up we will take custom orders. Please be sure to join our mailing list to be notified by email. What sizes do you typically offer? TOP Fleur L'enfant is pleased to offer children's sizes 6 months to 8 years. If you are interested in a larger size, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. How long should I expect my custom order to take? TOP
Under normal conditions, a custom order can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted. Orders are filled in the order they are received. Please keep in mind each piece is meticulously handmade by me, not mass produced. If you need something in a hurry, please email me prior to placing the order and I will see what I can do to expedite your order.
If you ordered through a trunk show, please allow a little extra time as many orders usually come in all at once.
